Worst policy for customer service!! A 24 hour cancellation policy for a bikini wax. If you have something come up at work you'll still need to pay the 50 cancellation policy. Even if they were closed on Sunday and you couldn't cancel. Furious that they have no room to even consider my situation. The manager just brushed me off! How am I suppose to pay for their expensive services if they can't be tolerable of my work committment.

I feel the services are inferior and certainly overpriced. The owner is obviously a real cut throat in order to make an appointment you must leave a gift card or credit card number and if the services you are making the appointment for is more than the gift card value they want a credit card number for the balance. Further at the end of the conversation the receptionist throws in, they require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid having to pay. I have used the services of many of the spas in this area and no other has such a requirement. Let's face it we cannot always predict 24 hours in advance that we will be available for anything. If a person calls in advance to cancel that should be sufficent. I have always had to wait when I do have an appointment and the manicure area is very cluttered. On one occasion I got a manicure which the manicurist nicked the polish and she attmepted to repair it but as soon as I left the nick chipped off. When I called I was told you must report any dissatisfaction before you leave. Do yourself a favor and go to any one of the many pleasant spas in the area and avoid the unpleasant experience of Earthsavers, actually Maria at Aveeda is the best.
