I walked into the store inquiring on the Motorola Droid. As the only person in the store at the time, there was no wait and so I proceeded to ask several questions about the phone. The salesman began to assist me and I referred to a discount online and asked whether he could provide me the same. At this time, the salesman stated that he would not service me unless I agreed to buy the phone from him. I asked again (as I wasnt quite sure what he meant). He refused to answer my questions again unless I agreed up front to purchase from him. Lets just say that I told him that I was not interested and walked across the street to Best Buy. Although, not a big fan of the big box retailers, the Best Buy salespeople really provided me a lot of information and I purchased from them. Service really does go along way these days. As an existing Verizon customer, I would suggest that people dont purchase from the Easco Verizon reseller and go to a official Verizon store. They seem to have poor ethics and dont care about the person involved just as long as they make a sale.

Just a word of advice about buying a phone from Easco Wireless. They are actually a 3rd party agent for Verizon. When you buy a phone from Easco, you not only sign a contract with Verizon, but you also sign a contract with Easco Wireless. Of course they don't tell you this, and put it in very fine print at the bottom of the contract. If you cancel your service with Verizon before your contract is up, not only will you have to pay an early termination fee to Verizon, but you will also have to pay a $250 early termination fee to Easco Wireless! They receive a commission from Verizon when you sign a contract. When you cancel your service before your contract is up, Easco Wireless looses their commission as well. So in order to keep their commission, they charge you another termination fee. I never was told this when I bought the phone, so I am warning as many people as possible before they buy a phone here. My advice, go directly to a Verizon Wireless corporate store, you're get a better deal on the phone, and if for some reason you have to cancel, you'll only pay an early termination fee once! Also the accessories at Easco are WAY overpriced. I bought a car charger for $30 there, went home searched the UPC number on line, and find the SAME EXACT charger selling online for $6.95 free shipping. These people care nothing about
