I have had this dentist for a few years. They are very nice, I don't have to wait a long time. Only time I had to wait a little longer was for an emergency that came in ahead of me. I had a dental emergency today, and he worked me in quickly, I didn't see him ignoring any other patients either. I have never had pain with Dr. Jared, like I have with past dentists that I have used. He keeps me informed as he proceeds, so I don't have to keep asking questions.

Glad I went to scope out this dentist before I took my wife and kids there! They made me wait 1 hour and 5 minutes before being seen by the dentist. Then he informed me I have a cavitiy. I asked him for an appointment in the next two weeks and he told me there was no way he could do it. He said "Dentistry is stressful enough and I don't have time to fit you in". He said I should find another dentist, put my file down on the desk and stood up. Talk about making the patient feel unwelcome and unimportant! The assistant wouldn't even make copies of my xrays for me(the xrays they are sure to bill my insurance for) so I could take them to another office. Couldn't help thinking that if this was my "new patient" experience, how would I be treated the next time. Every chair in that place was full and the dentist was spending just moments with each patient. Making big money at the cost of bad service

I took my son in to get a simple filling. He was called in almost immediately. He then waited 90 minutes before seeing a dentist. Front desk never informed me what was going on (for all I knew they were working on him the entire time). Also seemed they could not get a simple shot right as my son suffered with horrible pain while he was drilled. We decided to go elsewhere after just one round of family visits
