It's ok. They are in the process of painting all the buildings a more mordern color, rather than the boring old grey that most are. Staff is great in person, but getting a hold of someone on the phone can be hard sometimes. Good location, lots of stuff nearby. Still get tons of dumpster divers, that part is kind of annnoying, but that will happen with any non- gated apartment in Tempe. Oh, if you have a dog MAKE SURE it is vacinated. Two weeks before my dog's annual vacination date, he got Parvo, that must mean that it is all over the place. I almost forgot, I had a problem trying to get cable, and I've heard lot of other pleople have had the same problem. The apt management goes back and forth with Cox, they each say the other one has to fix the problem so it keep getting put off. If this happens to you, you have to get a letter from the Office authorizing Cox to bill Eastridge for the "repairs", then call Cox and let them know you have a letter for the tech when he comes. The office knows what the solution to the problem is but they won't "offer" the letter, they wait untill you ask for it.
