I see Dr. Ech at the Interchange location (Dunwoody). He is truly the best. 7 years ago when I found a lump in my breast and I didn't have an OB/GYN (had just moved to Atlanta) I was told by multiple "popular and well known" providers in the area that I couldn't get an appt for weeks. Dr. Ech's office was the only one that told me to come in immediately/the same day. Dr. Ech's father was my mother's OB/GYN so we have a history with them. My mother raves about Dr. Ech's father the way I rave about Dr. Ech. I wouldn't trade him for any other Dr. in the world. Very caring. Definitely takes the time to listen and answer all questions. He helped me with some issues I was having with my cycle and I'm ready to give birth to my first baby any day now!! He has been wonderful for the past 7 years I've been seeing him and most especially during the past 9 months. I've had a few issues with my pregnancy and he is always on top of everything to make sure that my baby is safe and healthy. Very thorough and detailed oriented. All the nurses at the Interchange office are great too. As is the office staff. They know me by my first name at this point! I highly recommend Dr. Ech to anyone who is looking for an Ob/Gyn in the Dunwoody area. I can't stress enough how wonderful he is.

Dr. Ech is very kind, friendly and informative. He speaks English with no accent. He's quick if you don't have much time, or he'll chat with you if you have questions. He is my lifesaver for the problems I was having. I haven't had a baby, so I don't know the OB side. His office is terrible and I'm afraid he has little control over that. They have messed up everything from billing to tests. They've billed the wrong insurance provider and "accidentally" threw out my samples that were supposed to be tested. I complained to the office manager a long time ago; but it seems nothing has changed.
