Excellent service. Tony, Andy, and Joshua were always very professional and helpful. Tony and Andy, who were the first dealers for the Pilot sale, were the reason that we came back to buy a second car, CR-V, the sale of which was helped by Joshua. We were very happy about the entire experience.

I was greeted by Edgar Gonzalez. He kept me company through the whole process. Edgar and Krista were professional, courteous and Friendly. However it seemed Krista was the only manager on the lot which caused the process of purchasing a vehicle unreasonable, and unnecessary length of time. Shana from the finance department was friendly but I was tired, hungry and inclined to sign anything just to get out of there. Unless that is the goal. The following day I had some questions and I was referred back to Krista who again was so busy and we agreed to meet the following day. Krista was able to answer my questions and referred me to the finance department since I found an error in the warranty. Chris was pleasant and he took the time to explain to me the error. I left very satisfied. Overall, I was Not given the time to feel as though my time was important. The delay was unreasonable and unnecessary. In the finance department I was dissatisfied on the lack of explanation of the actual figures and my initial signing. However when I was sent to Chris at the finance department, he better explained to me the mistake and profusely apologized for the mistake. I left feeling more confident in my car agreement and was pleased. I would recommend this place with the notation to be prepared to be there all day and to go to Chris at the finance department who was gracious and apologetic re the error. I felt pretty good about my purchase and the overall service. Our salesman, Ramy, was extremely helpful in guiding us as we tried to decide on the best fit for my family. He patiently explained things and was not pushy or in a hurry. In the end, he was able to give us a very good deal. I highly recommend both Ramy and this location.
