I dropped off a DVD player on a Monday and asked that it be done by Sat., they said they would do their best. I went back the following Friday (almost 2 weeks later) to check on it because they wouldn't pick up their phone and didn't even have the decency to call and give me a status to find out they needed to order a part but couldn't give me a price. They said they would call by Mon. I went in the following Thurs. because again no call and no pickup of their phone and they gave me the same line, so I took my player back and lost my $40.
