I had a pair of old Oakley glasses that I wanted to get polarized. I turned them in not expecting anything for at least a couple days when to my surprise I got a call the very next day saying that my sunglasses were ready to go! Excellent service and a great price.

purchased 3 pair of glasses from this company (2 new pair and one pair of lenses for a pair of frames I already owned). After 5 weeks, I've still not received a pair of glasses that are not defective in some way. They have had to send each pair of glasses back to their lab to fix at least 2 times. When I went to pick up the 3 pair of glasses for the third time after their lab supposedly fixed them, 2 pairs had defects in the lenses, and the 3 pair the lenses weren't able to be mounted in the frames and would have to be sent back to the lab. I offered to pay for the defective lenses that were in the pair of frames I already owned, but that I'd like a refund on the other 2 pair of glasses since it was apparent the lab wasn't able to fix the defects. I was told all sales are final. So, now I have paid over $650 for 3 pair of glasses that are all defective. I would highly recommend taking your business to a company who cares about having you as a customer.

I received good service and helpful opinions in selecting eyewear. They have good selection although it tends to be more in the higher qualty/price ranges. The background LDS banter with visitors and other customers might be uncomfortable to some, but overall good experience.
