I've seen this doctor for years. Things have gone downhill at this practice. very poor staff and follow up. All I'll say (so I don't waste anymore time) is it's very sad the way they treated me.

It appears that Dr. Ellis and his office seem to be more concerned with time rather than the quality of service rendered. The staff is very unorganized and are poor at communicating what they expect and are not nice or personable even though I was extra nice to them. Dr. Ellis seemed OK the first visit, but I made an appointment for a follow-up visit and was without my knowledge scheduled with his PA and she instructed me that they did not schedule enough time for me that day and even though I explained this was a follow up visit to what Ellis and I had discussed my questions were unanswered. So I left feeling very used and dejected. I recommend finding a primary doctor who will be there for you to work your problem. Dr. Ellis is not a good doctor. Go elsewhere.

My family has been with Dr. Ellis for 5 years. He is an outstanding doctor. He doesn't rush you and explains everything thoroughly. He is very personable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ellis for 4 years. He is a good listener, doesn't rush you, seems very thoughtful, will explain this in language I can understand.
