I have been a customer for about two years with decent results. 10 Days before Valentine's Day I ordered a very nice bouquet to be delivered to a restaurant nearby. On V Day I validated with both the restaurant and Emory florist that all was in order. Arriving at the restaurant, we discovered a random bouquet of poor quality, a completely different arrangement and someone else's name and address on the card. A week later I'm still trying to get my refund and I'm getting the complete runaround from the florist. Terrible customer relations. The classic cutting off the nose to spite the face. Don't do it - if anything goes sideways, they will not do the right thing.
