This business is operating under fraudulent circumstances. They are pocketing consumer money and not sending the products. I just mailed off a report to the IRS, and will be giving the Maricopa County Sheriff's dept. a phonecall to report their illegal activity. In the meantime, my credit card company is also investigating them. I would NOT purchase anything from this company online, unless you have money to burn.

I placed an order and paid for the order 7/16/08. I have not recieved my order as of 8/21/08. I sent 4 emails with no response and their phone number is not on their website.

I had the same experience this month I purchased a 169.00 item that was charged to my credit card 07/24. Emailed two or three times, called and left messages to find the status of my order. No calls ever returned or emails answered, I too am worried about my money.

I ordered merchandise on 7/4/08 and as of 7/31/08 have not received it even though they charged my credit card on 7/7/08. I have not received responses to 3 emails or voicemail messages and no package tracking information has been provided on their website. I think I got scammed. Buyer beware!

We placed an order beginning of March and received a partial order and when we called to see what was up they were very rude to my wife. They said they would ship the rest of the order and that was over three weeks ago. All e-mails and phone messages are ignored. No one is ever there to answer the phone too. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve one star.

We are very sorry that he is displease and have apologized that this experience was not as smooth as we strive for. However, I believe this is an unfair review. The items they ordered ship from different locations and have different transit times so they do not arrive together. This is clearly listed in our site policies. I can also attest that his wife was not treated rudely, it just doesn't happen. We have a very small staff and everything is monitered. I personallhy replied to each one of his emails as soon as they arrived even though it was usually long after business hours. Our goal is to resolve any issues as rapidly as possible to everyones satisfaction. We have shipped the "missing" item a total of three times because they said it didn't arrive, or was missing a piece, no questions asked. We all work to make your shoopping experience easy. We reccomend that online shoppers always read the site policies. Find out the hours of operation, what an average response time to questions is, shipping and transit times, returns policies and any other site policies before you place an order so you know what to expect and everything will go smoothly. Thank you!
