TOTAL SCAM. I was seen by a "dentist" that identified many cavities, but somehow missed the real cavity that I know I have between two teeth. I kept quiet to see if he would discover it during the probing exam. He was too busy identifying microscopic cavities at $200 apiece. We have insurance that covers all fillings, but they still wanted to charge over $500. Even when we had the insurance company tell them they could not charge, they didn't care. They said go somewhere else. They agreed to the contract with the insurance co, but will not honor it. This is not a dental office. DON'T DO IT!

First appt. saw a dentist with hygienist. Was told needed more than regular cleaning. Paid, then given same cleaning I had at other dentists! Second appt. was given different dentist, was told first one no longer with them. Diffenent hygienist also. Next appt. for cleaning no dentist just hygienist! But a new one! Everytime I went in I got a new one! Always told needed more services! Before starting never any dental issues! I quit! Total SCAM beware!

Waited forever, dentist barley saw my son; assistants were obviously overboked, overworked; special manager came into try to sell me every treatment in the book. Basically, this office is a clearing house for dental treatements.

I called to make an appointment for a regular check up and cleaning. The receptionist was not very friendly however, I went ahead and filled out all of my information on-line as requested prior to my appointment. I still had to wait quite awhile during my appoinment and when I was finally seen the "Dr" barely scraped around to clean my teeth. Upon leaving I felt invisible as employees chatted with eachother as I was trying to figure out if I needed to check out or anything. Just not very good service.

If you plan on trying out Escondido Dental Group, you had probably clear out your calender for at least half a day. The wait is impossible! The dentist is competant however I think they tried to sell me on some crowns that I probably didn't need. Good luck with this one.
