I had a 52" Sony Plasma that had issues with picture showing. As soon as I called the store, the technician was at my house within the best time I could recieve the service. I was very pleased by this company's promptness and courtesty. I am very satisfied with the 90-day warranty that Etron offers. Their trip/dianogstic fee is very reasonable compared to other companies,plus, this fee gets deducted to your final cost of repair. I was so pleased with service because Etron wasnt trying to con me out of my money..
