Let's see where do I start. I have been going to this office probably for the past six years now and I have never had to deal with so much frustration and incompetence in my life. Never seen Doctor Eubanks in the six years I have been going to his office. Tara is nice but can be extremely rude. Dr. Barfield is very strange with patients and I always got a very creepy feeling when she saw me. This office does not care about the patients. I have had to wait for 30 min + on numerous occassions for my scheduled appointments. Very very poor doctor's office. DON'T RECOMMEND IT! Oh yes, I forgot to mention how every time I have gone to that office as of late that there have been medical students in the room EACH TIME and I have to explain my condition more than 3 times. One to the nurse, one to the student, and one to the doctor. WASTE OF TIME.

I am a new patient to the practice and ended up with Dr. Barfield by default. Lucky me! This was the most thorough physical I've ever had. I was taken back very quickly and didn't have to wait at all while the nurses and doctor switched in and out. But the best part was how kind Dr. Barfield was. She spoke to me in a friendly, personal way. So many doctors are clinical and sterile- they only want to deal with "patient," not the "person." Dr. Barfield was a breath of fresh air! I will recommend her to all of my friends.

Dr. Eubanks is GREAT. He is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. However, he is rarely there. Dr. Barfield is judgmental, busy and hears what she wants to hear, not what you are telling her. The front office barely acknowledges you when you walk in. The lobby is full of drug salespeople taking up the Dr's time. I am looking for a new Dr. I won't go back there again.

I've been going to Dr Eubanks for 13 years...my parents have for many more. He listens, is not afraid to try ALL types of remedies, and has connections with all sorts of specialists and can pull strings for you. Tara is great too. Yes, you may have to wait, but not always, and you get the personalized service you deserve when it's your turn.

This practice is alright.I would recommend Terra(the PA) or Dr.Eubanks, although Dr.Barfield is not as bad (or as good) as these other reviewers say she is. She's just a bit dry but will give you her honest opinion and help you with affordable medication.

I came back to Dr. Eubanks after a few years in another area and found no negative changes. His easygoing manner and clear explanations plus his high degree of professionalism make him the ideal doctor for me. For ailments outside his expertise, he referred me to specialists who are giants in their respective fields. I can live with his occasional lateness since I am assured that another patient is getting proper care from this compassionate doctor. I've had no instance in which I received service less than cordial and efficient from his associates and office staff.

Okay, I need to say that Dr. Eubanks is great. I sit with an elderly man who has been going to see him for over 30 years.I was hoping to see him when I called, but he was booked solid. I was placed with Dr.Barfield.She is awful!! She spent very little time with me, and then she wrote me 2 prescriptions.I gave it a week, with no relief. I called the office back, and she told me to go see a specialist. She treated me like an idiot, and clearly could care less about me or my pain. I wish that in order to remain a doctor, you have to take some kind of test for a level of compasion. Do not throw away your time or money with her. The staff is great, but she is the ABSOLUTE WORST doctor I have ever seen. She is a horrible human being.

I went to this office a few years ago and it was okay. I had to wait over two hours everytime but the service was okay so when I moved back up here I made an appointment. While I was waiting to be called back the front office staff was making fun of patients and I already felt uncomfortable. The "nurse" wanted to argue over meds which she is not an md and should not voice an opinion. The Doctor did nothing and was in and out in five minutes. She did not listen and wanted to argue and made you feel very small.

I've had enough! This office of complete morons has finally pushed me over the edge. I cannot say enough bad things about this group so just save yourself the time and go elsewhere unless you like incompetent people who don't care and have no communication skills ...thanks and good luck!

I went here 4-14-09 as I have done so for years. There is another dr. with Dr Eubanks and i told her about a severe and personal problem and asked for help. I was very hesitant about this but I trusted this office. However; when I asked for help I was treated like a common addict and was spoke to like a common criminal. Just who is this dr. to judge me instead of being a doctor? I will never go back there! Dr. Eubanks is great and I bet he does not even know his staff is like this. I have always been treated great there but not anymore!!!

I've been going to this office for three years b/c it's near my house and b/c I don't get sick often. In that time, I've never even seen Dr. Eubanks in the office. I've honestly wondered if he was part of the practice. Tara, the PA, is great, but a couple of other drs there are seriously lacking in people skills.
