Prepaid for a Samsung Galaxy S3 LCD screen to be replaced on my phone. They said they would call when it came in (said it would be a week) and I would need to call an hour in advance to bring my phone in for a 1 hour service to replace the screen. 1 week goes by and another week goes by before I get a call that the part has arrived with an apology for not calling earlier as the part had been there for a week. It takes two weeks until I can schedule to be at their location. I give them a call to find out if I could drop by to get the part installed. I get a positive response after telling them I would be there in an hour. I arrive and find the business busy with two customers being served. While I was waiting I over heard that they were very busy in the back with repairs. When I got to the counter and told them why I was there, the tech said he would check on my part in the back. He comes out from the back and tells me there are 3 phones for repairs in front of me. He said it would be 3 to 4 hours before I could get my phone back. I asked why I was not told this when I called to see if it would be good time to come by and save a 40 minute drive to their site. His apology was sincere but would not buy back my drive time. I asked for a refund and did receive one. Be careful with this business, they seem to have a failure to communicate. Kirk

From top to bottom, this is THE computer one stop shop. The staff is prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgable. I have used their services for offsite and onsite installation, hardware/software troubleshooting, updates and repair. Everything Computers can handle every IT issue no matter how small or large. They stand behind all of the work they do.I have searched for a reliable computer resource for years. Now I have found it. In addition, Everything Computers is competively priced.

As an attorney, I can't have my computer malfunction or my Internet go down at the wrong time. It happens, and I have learned to have solid folks who I can call for help. Ron and his team are exceptional and professional. They have performed at incredible levels when I need them. Lucky to have Everything Computers as my go-to computer consultants.

I don't have a computer expert in the family so I've been without wifi. I'd seen Everything Computers on my way to the grocery store, but found the humble storefront less than reassuring. Besides, I have iMacs and PCs and I thought this would be an issue. So, I had a guy I met at a networking thing come out to get my wifi working. It cost me more than I'll say, and it lasted less than two days. I told myself, "4 stories is probably too much distance, so I'll never risk that much money again. I'll just live without wifi." Two years has passed and I've changed my mind about wifi. I realized I was being an idiot about a humble storefront and called Everything Computers. I should have done this in the first place. Technician Ron did a thorough sweep of my house's wifi problems (there are several: staircases, fireplace, big refrigerator), and we tested routers until we found the one that really consistently works. It took one hour, I learned because he explained everything, and I'm typing this from the computer on the top floor! They've also got a recycling program, parts, and great unbiased advice. And the price was less than I'd paid for the first guy. THANK YOU!

Amazing job of helping me with my PC! Went to another PC repair store that wanted to charge me double what Everything Computers charged me for. They fixed my computer very quickly and with no hassle. Awesome employees who explained everything that had happened with my computer to me(I'm not very tech-savvy). Would recommend this business to all. #1 in East Cobb for PC Repair!

In all fairness to Ron the owner~ he appears to know about computers, but when it comes to returning for a follow up problem with something he installed, don't expect him to be too eager to please. He installed a faulty piece of software, and he agreed it was bad, but insisted on charging for 2 more service calls before the problem was resolved. Very disappointed in their service ~ plus the aggravation it caused me.

thanks to Ron and Everything Computers i was up and running in no time! this store had what i needed on hand at a reasonable rate. Ron was very knowledgeable and friendly and i won't take my pc buisness anywhere else and you shouldn't either! Thanks!!
