I hired Expert Locksmith to change the lock on my front door. I only used them, because they had such raving reviews about customer service. The receipt they gave me did not have the address/phone number of the company, hence my landlord would not reimburse me. I called (no exaggeration) EIGHT times, and each time I got a different staff member. I was simply requesting an itemized, official-looking receipt. This task proved too great for them. I even had a manager try to help me once. Multiple times I was promised a return phone call, and/or my receipt. To this date, I STILL have not received my receipt, and the job was done 3 months ago. I find this absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. There are plenty of locksmiths to choose from, and I surely won't be using them again!
