I ordered 150 shirts for my sorority, and when they arrived, over half of them had another graphic superimposed over the graphic I had designed. When I called the company, the person I spoke with said that the cause was residual ink left on the machine. For a company that specializes in printing graphics, cleaning the machine between orders seems like a no-brainer. Because of their mistake I was unable to distribute half of the shirts to the women of my sorority. The company offered me a (very small) credit, which I never received. In addition, when I tried to settle my bill with the company, I used their online chat feature; I received a response within the first 10 minutes, but then waited over two hours and the person with whom I was talking never responded to my message. Overall, the company produces nice products, but if you are ordering for a large group (which is what they cater to) and you're spending upwards of $2,000 on their products, then I expect the product to be perfect, and the customer service to be better.

I had Explosion Sportswear create a custom hat for my business. Their design was exactly what I wanted and it turned out better than I thought it could. I also had them print shirts for me that came out looking great. They delivered both the products on time and with a smile. I had a sweet time dealing with them!

I ordered all of my business polo's from Explosion Sportswear and I am very pleased with the customer service, time frame that they produced my order, and quality of their work. I immediately ordered more shirts for a different function and they too came out on budget, on time, and with great quality. I highly recommend them!
