I'm a gal that doesn't know much about cars however I know a lot about giving back to the community. Today I was volunteering at a senior activity center, when at the last minute I needed to blow up some toss games for the Seniors Halloween Party. I struggle tremendously trying to blow the games up at a gas station. I left the gas station after several times failed and began riding down the street. I pulled into Express Oil Change and explained my dilemma, immediately Randy, Derek and Antonio jumped right into action and assisted me with blowing up the games for the seniors. This may not have been a big deal for them but honestly, I dont know what i would have done without these guys. Taking that time out to assist me allowed the seniors to enjoy the Halloween Festival. Not only were they doing a good service to me they put smiles on the faces of at least 30 seniors. I personally would like to thank you guys and show my gratitude at Express Oil Change. I also want to let my neighbors now in the community we have some heroes that live amongst us that know how to change oil and provide great customer service. Again thank you and keep up the good work!

There really are honest people in the automotive industry! I have an older car and I needed a new timing chain. I found this out on a Wednesday and he told me to take the time to decide if I wanted to make the repair or if I wanted to put money towards a new car. He never pressured me to fix the car, in fact when I told him that I was going to fix the car he told me there was a chance that when the timing chain broke it could have damaged something else in the engine and in that case it wont be worth fixing.I took a couple days and decided to fix my old beauty again Rashed never pressured me to fix my old car. He called me back that same day (Friday afternoon) and let me know that the car was running, and then he asked about my brakes. He was concerned for my safety. I got brake pads like he told me to and he helped me out w/those too! I have never had such amazing service! Go to Rashed and his team, they are honest, reliable, very fair pricing, and fast!

My nightmare started when I went in for a oil change. The people are sweet as ever and they come out to greet you. When I come to get my car and the battery is dead and battery light was on (meaning that battery is not getting charged by the alternator). This was on Thursday. I get a new battery, just to give these guys benefit of doubt. I somehow make it into work on Monday (the battery light is on and the battery is rapidly loosing charge). I had to get the car towed to the shop. Rasheed looks at it and next morning calls me to say that alternator is bad. Now, please know that I had absolutely no signs of issues with my car's electrical (I am an electrical/Computer engineer). Also, this is just too much of coincidence. Question in my head was if these guys are crooks or incompetent? The answer came from my wife. She yelled at me that over the weekend my car had made a mess in the garage. It had leaked oil. Guess what Rasheed told me. My engine oil cooler is busted as well. Now, in one visit to change my oil I have a busted alternator and a busted engine oil cooler. That is waaaayyy tooooo much of a coincidence. I am pretty sure these guys are sweet talking crooks. Never going back and I want you guys to look at the history of your cars before and after you visited this place. MAybe you will see a pattern where, while working on one job, they are prepping you for the next...... All on the house.

About 2 months ago my car was overheating took it there. The Svc Consultant said I needed a hose changed and that my antifreeze was leaking. THE PRICE WAS $165.00!!! For a hose that cost $20 in Autozone!! So, the labor was $145 which it took no time to replace. I suggest you stay far away from this place especially if you are a woman!! They just want your hard earned $$$$!!!

I have gone to this Express Oil for about 5 years just for your standard oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I work around the corner and have taken my cars there several times to get a quick oil change during my lunch break. In this regard they do not disappoint--very fast service and I've never had any problems. In and out in 5-10 minutes, always. Very friendly and professional--nice guys.

I went in for an oil change which seemed to be great the first time, fast and efficient. Well as luck would have it I randomly got rearended the next week. After that I noticed oil leaking. I thought it was due to the accident, so I took it back to the Express Oil. They told me my engine was damaged and I would need a $3000 service. With that I panicked and traded in my car that weekend, because I didn't want to be stuck with the issue. When I went back to the dealership a week later I saw my old vehicle for sale for $5000 more than I traded it in, no oil leeks and looking great. At this point I bet the only issue with the oil was that Express didn't tighten everything and I had a bad seal. Don't trust these guys.

brought my car in for an oil change; the oil change service and portion was ok. My car was at 58000 miles; I had completed my 60000 mile check a couple months before but they didn't know that. imagine my confusion when they told me I had to change my transmission. I don't know what they found that was wrong with it but I knew i had it changed already with my 60,000 mile check up a couple months back. They probably thought I hadn't yet done the inspection yet and were looking for some way to fleece me. I had my car checked out somewhere else and they found no issue with the transmission. I'm never going back as I feel this establishment was out to take advantage of their customers.

We went for an oil change and emissions test on a Saturday. They immediately wanted to sell us a transmission fluid oil change. We left the car with them for over 1 hour, while we were gone they called and tried to sell us a "belt" job - we declined the belt job. When we returned the service people were just sitting around in the bay, they had parked our car over to the side, did not do an emissions test at all. We left quite angry, as they serviced other cars that came in after we had arrived and wanted us to wait additional time for the emissions test. We went to a real mechanic and had the belts checked - we didn't need a belt job. We will never go back.

This place is good for a basic oil change. If you need brake work, however, I would recommend going elsewhere. I spent $200 on brake pads that were improperly mounted at this shop. Three months later, I had to replace them again at a different repair shop for another $200.

When we perform an oil change on your vehicle, each and every drop of used oil that we remove from your vehicle is recycled. On a regular basis, used motor oil is removed from our environmentally-safe receptacles by companies that specialize in the recycling of used motor oil. This process helps ensure that used motor oil does not end up in landfills where serious soil contamination can occur.
