Express Oil Change on CLAIRMONT Road, managed by James Elliott might be a corporate chain by legal definition, however THIS location and THESE people, run this shop like I wish all places of business would. They have INTEGRITY and employ WORK ETHICS. They are accountable in a world that uses liability laws to blame others. They are consistent in their excellent service and always go the extra mile. The value of your dollar spent at their location is worth any distance you may have to travel (which now that I have moved over an hour away, I do). TRUST is a hard thing to come by and you can definitly trust them to do an excellent job and never sell you anything you don't need. They will do the best they can with your budget. I've not only experienced this personally many times, but when I am waiting for my car, I've seen them treat their diverse customers with the same values. They aren't just and Oil Change business...they are a true SERVICE CENTER, thanks to David Shores the Service Manager. Timing belt and water pump replacement. $300 less than the dealer. Got the car back the same day. Dealer told me several other items needed to be replaced. After the guys here inspected the struts they told me there was no need to replace them yet.

Was hoping that I had found a place to take my Audi other than the dealership but unfortunately I was wrong. Brake sensor went off a few months ago so I tried them out. They replaced the front brakes, didn't replace the rear, and told me I still had plenty of pad on the rear so I didn't need them yet. I was happy with the pricing and the service and thought all was well. Heard some bad sounds coming from the rear wheels recently so I took it back in. I also needed the 80,000 mile scheduled maintenance which they said they could do no problem. That's where it gets bad. Following their recommendation to not replace all brakes at the same time ended up costing me $400 extra in new rotors (since the brake sensor only senses the front). As for the scheduled service, first they weren't planning on doing an oil change (which is like item #1 on the list), then they weren't planning on using the correct oil, and then after correcting them they still got it wrong. They should have just said, "we don't know what we're doing with Audi's". I would have appreciated the honesty.

I've been to this location several times b/c it's near my home but I've had issues with every oil change. They first failed to secure my strike plate which then flew off while on the high way (which they did replace after I called and complained), each time I've had leaks due to not sealing the opening correctly, and they just recently lost my coolant cap. I also noticed that they failed to put a screw in the strike plate again. They appear careless and I will take my business elsewhere.

I took my car here for the first time a couple of weeks and I did have to wait 45 mins for an oil change but the service was awesome. Oscar was great and he explained to me some of the things that I should have serviced on my car but he did not pressure me in to having it done that day. I will certainly take my car back here in the future.

They definitely performed the quickest oil change and tire rotation I've ever had. They were also friendly and professional. They were a little more expensive than some other places I've been, but it was worth it for the good service I received.

Got an oil change and emissions inspection toward the end of the year -- it was nice to be able to do it all in one stop. They didn't try to upsell me on all of the services, like some of their competitors have. I'll definitely be returning for all my routine oil changes & emissions work.
