Unpacked graphic panels at a trade show for the first time and they were horribly damaged. They didn't have a different material so I requested a refund. The owner out of CA was slow to respond, accused me of damaging the panels and was incredibly rude on the phone. He refused to give me a refund. Horrible experience, will never use Fastsigns again.
