Fairview Animal Hospital is a small-animal practice, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate medical and surgical care for our patients. We strive to be a caring and professional practice where the importance of both our clients and our patients is recognized. Our goal is to accomplish this in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. We recognize that our client's pets are more than "just" pets - they are members of the family - and we treat them accordingly. We value the trust and.. confidence our clients place in us.
We adopted Mika when she was about a year old and she has been seeing Dr. McKnight since about 2003. We noticed behavioral changes in her senior years. For several months, we weren't able to pet or touch Mika in any way without her going into a fearful state. It was sad to see her this way and we were so frustrated (not with her, but with the situation) and really missed being close to her and petting her. We have never caused harm to her in any way that would make her freak out like that and couldn't figure out what was going on with her. We discussed Mika's behavior with Dr. McKnight and tried her out on a few medications without much success. It was when he prescribed Clonazepam for her that we saw a huge noticeable difference. We could not believe what a positive impact it made on Mika's behavior! We were so ecstatic on how extremely well she has responded to her new medication and cannot stop praising Dr. McKnight for hitting the nail on the head with this one! The new medication brought our sweet Mika back along with an increased appetite but what a small price to pay to have our girl back! Thank you Dr. McKnight--we are so grateful! We also extend our thanks and appreciation to Dr. Morley and awesome staff for caring for our fur babies all these years!

I have been a client of Fairview Animal hospital since 1992 when I got my bassett hounds. Dr. Mcknight took great care of my hound dogs and he takes great care of my cats as well. Unfortunately when my hounds got very old they got sick, one passed and we had to have the other put down. When we went to see Dr. McKnight to try and save her, we all cried. The Dr and the staff cried when we put the precious old hound down. Nothing has ever been more touching, than to know that not only you care about your animal but the person you trust to help take care of your animals care just as much! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! I love you FAH!

I dont go there myself, (I have another vet), but my friends all give the thumbs up to this vet. They work with you, and really care about tha animals. That's all you can ask from a vet, so I can recommend them.
