I've been going to Farmco for the past 20 years and have never had a problem with the service. The prices are fair, and if they don't carry a part or provide that specific service, they are always willing to look into it for you. Best around.

Our company went to Farmco twice for an electrical problem with our truck. Both times we had called in advance and were told to just come up. The first time we were told to bring our trailer, and come in the morning. When we got there first thing we had to wait for the "person" who could look at the truck. When that person arrived he looked and told us to come back. That same evening we called again, informed them of the problem and we were told once again to come down no appointment needed. We took this time only the truck as we were instructed, we were told not to come early so we arrived at 11:45am and we were received by the guy at the counter rolling his eyes that we did not bring the trailer they told us not to bring. We were told they did not have time, and the truck would have to stay until the next day, and of coarse they were not responsible for the truck left overnight. Clearly this is a case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing. Farmco wasted 2 days that our truck could have been on the road working and earning money for our company. This is a good example of why American's are losing their business to foreign owner because they are clearly either too stupid to get their act together or too lazy. Either way we will not recommend this company to anyone, and recommend that others do the same.
