I would not recommend this company to anyone for home remodel work. Crew didn't show up to our home on many scheduled days. They painted walls after our new floors were installed and around our furniture with no drop cloths. Paint job terrible, no clean lines, they didn't remove any shelving in closets/pantry to paint. They broke a number of our fixtures, windows and damaged our belongings. Knockdown ceiling remnants left on walls and just painted over. Electrical work was terrible as breakers continue to trip. New bathroom cabinet installed incorrectly and in wrong place so they simply made a second huge hole in it and ruined the piece. Plumbing work continues to drip. Dishwasher literally fell out of the cabinet due to improper installation. Worker installed garbage disposal so that it backed up into the dishwasher. We had to call another company to come in a fix it. When it was all said and done they didn't fix the work.

I have been doing business in the Jacksonville area for about 30 years. I have many, many satisfied customers. I am happy to give references. I am sorry this project did not work out better. I do admit, some things went wrong with this project. I tried to correct the items to their satisfaction. We did a lot of extra work at no charge. They had electrical, window and other problems when we arrived, and wanted us to correct those items that were not within our bid. I did try my best to make this customer happy. However, once we had problems, there was no making this customer happy. We finished the job to the best of our ability. Not only did we not ask for our last draw, I gave them a check for $1500. I thought it was the right thing to do, so they might find somebody to make them happy. They are very nice people, I just believe they had very unreal expectations. I wish them the best.
