I paid Fast Bounty $140 to recover a bag left on a United flight in Denver with a verbal agreement they would refund $70 if unable to locate my bag. They were unable to find my bag, but I said not to return the $70 yet, I may need more work. However, I said I would try to work it through the airline first. Days later I recovered the bag through my own efforts. It was being held by United personnel in Denver. When contacted, FBI claimed follow-on work was done after we spoke and said this had used the remaining $70. I was not contacted and provided results of follow-on work. I hired Fast Bounty to go to United Airlines in Denver and retrieve a lost bag on my behalf. Bag not there, no problem. However, it was, the investigator was simply not persistent enough to make contact with the right person to recover it. Due to their failure to return my $70 as verbally agreed I would discourage anyone doing business with this company from paying in advance and to document verbal agreements.
