My watch's waterproofing no longer works after bringing it here for a simple battery replacement. The work also took the better part of half an hour and cost me considerably more than I would have spent at Wal-Mart. The fact that I've gotten it done not just cheaper at Wal-Mart, but also faster (while I watch!) and without concern about voided waterproofing that rendered defunct a timepiece I'd taken diving with me in Cozumel, just from going into the shower. I'm very upset with these people, obviously. I sent an e-mail shortly after this incident to express my discontent, but was happily surprised when the manager replied to inform me that the e-mail was being redirected to the manager of the store I had had this experience at. This was over a month ago, and I have heard nothing since, even with a follow-up email. Maybe you'll have different experiences, but mine are enough for me.
