I work for a design studio here in Atlanta. I am used to working with vendors and I understand people can make mistakes, but the customer service at this place is ridiculous. My client needed a sign, a simple job. My project manager called to get a quote and got one within a reasonable amount of time. I asked him to check on the turnaround time and he called around noon. The woman informed him that she would have to call him back with that information. So we waited and heard nothing for the rest of the day. The following day my PM called back and finally got the answer from them. Again, I had a question (whether of not they could do bleeds on a sign, very simple) and he called, and again we had to call back the following morning to get our answer. Upon receipt of the sign it was scuffed and had many bubbles trapped under the graphic. We took it back and asked them to fix it. I called to complain about the service and explained we had wanted to get this job done quickly and now we were behind schedule. The woman informed me that if we had been in such a hurry, we would have picked up the sign when it was ready yesterday. My PM told me they had not called until this morning to let us know it was ready. The woman offered us 5% discount, which is truly not an appropriate compensation for putting up with such poor service. If you have sign needs, I suggest looking elsewhere. You would think they would want to get repeat business from a design studio, but they don't care.

Management/Owner's behavior was absolutely inexecusable. Became defensive and angry (raised his voice at a customer) when confronted with a distaste in the quality of work. Clearly doesn't care about treating customers with respect.
