This is a fantastic hole-in-the-wall kind of place. The chopped pork sandwich is so yummy and so cheap! Most evenings they have live music, too. My husband and I love to eat here!

Looks can be very deceiving. This is not the nicest looking place but it has something more important. Its has the best ribs around. These are the type of ribs that slip right off the bone. To top it off, Fat Matt's has their very own delicious barbeque sauce. If you like ribs, you should try this place.

I love me some ribs. Fatt Matt's is your typical southern BBQ joint with live music and outdoor seating with a pretty basic BBQ menu. I tried the ribs, Brunswick stew and baked beans. The ribs were definitely a cut above average. My meat was juicy and tender and fell right off the bones. The stew and baked beans were pretty good too. I would definitely go back to have some more ribs.

Bar none, the best ribs in Atlanta! Go on a weekday evening to listen to some great live blues and great ribs. The beer is cold and the price isn't that expensive. Be sure to take cash since they don't take plastic. Enjoy the rib/chicken combo platter with some brunswick stew. You won't believe how good the ribs are.

Your basic BBQ, with a side of blues added. If it wasnt for the music, I prolly would not come back due to that Neandethal NO ATM card idea. This place is cash and carry only.

If you are in Atlanta you must try Fat Matt's. Barbeque sauce is spicy and sweet (may be overwhelming to some) and the blues are a good addition to the food. Bring cash, because they don't take credit and the food can be pricey.
