The problem with Faulkner Cadillac is the service. You can NOT talk to a service person. One day I called 7 times to talk to service to make an appointment. I had a question about my vehicle, so I wanted to talk to someone. Each time I was put through to a voice mail. On the last call, I did leave a message and they did call me back... at their convenience. But it wasn't a good time for me. I had to stop what I was doing and go to my office to get the paperwork that I had a question about. The problem is every time I need to make an appointment for service, inspection, oil change, I have to go through this same inconvenience. When I owned my Buick and Pontiac, I rarely didn't get someone on the first call, and never had to call more than twice to talk to a live person. I complained to Cadillac management a number of time, but they just don't care. At Faulkner Cadillac...Customer service is not a top priority.
