We had had a good experience with Findlay Roofing with an earlier project and had no qualms about selecting them to re-roof our home. The roof itself appears to be fine. However, the workers damaged 6 pieces of siding during the job, left without telling us, and we when we requested a quote on replacing the damaged siding, we received a quote on replacing the entire area on that side of the house. But we never received a quote on only the damaged siding. Further requests by phone for a quote to replace only the damaged siding were never returned..

They were extremely professional and cordial from the get go. I have never been so satisfied with a product or the service of that product in all the years I have been dealing with situations like this. They were outstanding.

My place of business contracted with Findlay Roofing to replace the roof on our office building. They worked it out so they could do it during the Christmas holidays because our office was closed at that time. Then, after the fact, Bill Parsons came out and made sure everything was done to his, and our, satisfaction. He found a couple of areas that could have caused a problem and the entire crew came back and fixed them. He also found a problem with another area on the roof, but not the actual roof, and gave us help in getting that taken care of. Bill is great at what he does, as is everyone we worked with at Findlay.

I had a roof installed in 2008. I've had nonstop issues with leaks. After the last rain storm, my handyman informed me that the roof was a disaster. I tried to contact the roofing company and they were bankrupt :(. Apparently this is very common place. :( I began the process of looking for a new company and was quoted about $6-4K average. A good friend just had used Findlay and send them my way. Instal and insulation $3.3k :) I was hesitant to use a cost effective company after them last adventure. However with a little research I discovered they have been in business for years, no complaints, so tidy. My roof was installed and cleaned up in one day. I have a pond and dogs close to the house and not a single nail was found. All trash was removed and the whole area was tidied. The installers were polite and very nice. I couldn't be happier with their service and this company. :) Thanks again

I asked to change the installation date twice because of the temperature not expecting to reach 40 degrees. The date was changed each time without hassle. I can not be more pleased with Findlay's professionalism and quality of work.
