I walked in with a bank draft and a vehicle picked out. I walked out 3 hours later with no car and the bank draft I used at a different dealer. We never even got to the point of talking deal. The interaction between the sales rep and sales manager reminded me of a Laurel and Hardy movie. Totally unprofessional, did not know the product they were trying to sell, and could care less about customer needs.

Nancy and the service department are top notch! It really makes a customer feel good when the person servicing you remembers your name after one visit. They have always taken great care of me and more importantly my car. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to replace parts under warranty and always squeeze me in for an oil change even when I don't make an appointment.

The staff at Findlay allowed me to test drive four vehicles without a high pressure sales script. They were excellent, and a purchased a Impreza, a fun and exciting car to drive.
