The FireHouse Grill was designed to honor the civil servants with all the decorations being donated by local police and fire departments. We want to give back to those that place their life on the line everyday to protect us and our community. We serve steaks and seafood at an affordable price in a fun atmosphere.
I have been here several times, and I had the best experience every time. If I lived closer to Ennis I would eat here everyday. The sevice is great and they treat you like family. The food is always well cooked and hot. The best is the chicken fried steak, but my husband will say its the pork chop. I don't know what classyfoodie is talking about bc I have never had trouble with the service here. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, if you enjoy eating good down home cookin!

We were there too when classyfoodie was. This is the best restaurant in Ennis. The food is awesome and the owners are great. This is a Christian family place and we will go to no other. You need to try this yourself and be your own judge. Classyfoodie...well the name says it all.

Last night the woman manager & cook argued with us inside & outside the restaurant. Since when does a business argue with the customers for over 20 minutes, for that matter EVER? Shows she and the cook have no class. The steak we got was grey, cold, old & was not a ribeye. We will never step foot in there again. We sent it back after trying two bites that gave us food poisoning and they were not going to take it off the bill! The waitress and cashier, much younger than the other two, were very mature and did everything they were supposed to. Why would anyone walk a $15 steak they didn't eat? We paid for the other two entrees. Unbelievable!

2nd visit had the butterflied pork chop on a strong recommendation. I don't LIKE thick porkchops. Until now. Best pork chop I've ever eaten. Ended with Pecan Cobbler. Awesome. Prices are way below the cuisine. Going back tonight for ????

The fire and police theme makes for a casual and comfortable atmosphere. The food is great! I encourage everyone to try the pork tenderloin (even if you are not fond of pork) I do not know what they put on it but after the first bite you can't get enough!
