Bad value for the money. They failed to disclose important issues regarding tire warranty, specifically that buying a lower speed rated grade will void warranty. Tires did not last half of purported tread-life under normal driving conditions. Courteous staff does not make up for a poor quality product - read the tire-rack and discount tire reviews on the firestone/bridgestone products and decide for yourself, but avoid the Santee and El Cajon stores.

Called to get my brakes done and was enticed to bring in the car at a cost of $140. Once they had the car they proceeded to tell me how the rotors needed to be replaced and could not be turned plus that I needed additional parts and tires for a total of over $900. Took my car to a dealership and had the work done for $260. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY WORK.

Santee Firestone has gone through many changes as of late and they are on track to stardome! Honesty, respect & fixing my car right the FIRST time is what I, my family and friends receive EVERY time! Their warranties are nation wide and they stand behind their work... oh, and by the way... when they say low price guarantee THEY MEAN IT!! Wouldn't go to another shop

I have taken my car here 2 twice, the first time was great, Love the mechanic, he made me aware of everything he was doing on my car. Second time not sure, I asked for the brakes to get changed, and he said I didn't need it, 2 months later I had to have them fixed.?
