After paying for the policy for several years and having the upgraded (premium) policy I was shocked to find that my repairs were not covered....This is a scam in my eyes. The salespeople tell you how great and comprehensive the coverage is and the booklet they send is the same for all coverage levels so they sneek by you!!!!I would have done much better to save my premium and pay for my own repair. If there is a loop hole this company will find it!!!!! Don't do business with them!!!

Home buyers beware of the "home warranty trap." Regardless of what they say, coverage is denied if any of the covered features are not in perfect working order at the time the warranty is purchased. If everything is in good order, the likelihood of something going wrong is remote, and most people are just throwing their money down the drain!

I have been without A/C for three weeks. The customer service reps can't seem to get that this is Phoenix, and that it's HOT!!! The supervisor won't return your calls either. Just don't bother! They STINK.
