An x-ray showed several cavities between my molars needed filling. We did this gradually. The first set was done by the female Dr. and I can still see the cavity when I smile! For the remaining fillings, I saw the male Dr. I mentioned the visible 'filled' cavity & he said it was fine. He said the next few cavities looked like potential root canals, but he was confident that he could fill them & they would be perfectly fine so I trusted him. A week later I had shooting pains in the tooth he filled so I came back to adjust my bite. Even after I explained the pains, he tried to sand it withOUT any Novocaine!!! I involuntarily jumped at the pain & he had the nerve to say it was dangerous for me to move while his drill was in my mouth! I paid hundreds out of pocket as my insurance only covered a portion. I am convinced I should've had a root-canal in multiple teeth, but filling them was just their ploy to get more money out of me as they outsource their root-canals. I told them if a root-canal is what I need, I will get one - I don't care what it costs, I just want my teeth to right. Even with the cavities I had, my teeth NEVER hurt a day in my life UNTIL I got them "fixed" by these so-called dentists! They are friendly, but steer clear if you value your teeth.

I've been seeing Sid Fletcher for a couple of years now without a problem. My previous dentist was a superstar, so it's hard for anyone else to compare, but the only problem I've had is with a confusing bill, which we straightened out. He's very cheerful and answers all my questions without talking down to me; he takes me seriously and listens. He also knows his limitations and refers to the endodontist when needed. Frankly, some of these complaints in other reviews sound pretty bogus.

My mother took my daughter for a follow-up appointment. Upon check out the front office worker - Jessica Fletcher demanded payment from my mother from the sealant they applied from aprior visit. They did not get my permission to apply the sealant - which they are required to do before perfomring a service on a child. My mother called me from her cell phone to find out what this was about. I asked her to hand Ms. Fletcher the phone. I recapped the situation to Jessica. I told her I was not advised or asked for permission for this procedure. She insisted the payment be made immediately. Ms. Fletcher THREW my mother's cell phone on the counter across to my mother.

I had 2 cancelled appointments, which was frustrating to say the lease. However Once I was in they were courteous, friendly and professional. I was pleased with the quality of care, just getting in was difficult.

They sent me a dental bill which I treated 1 year and 1/2 ago and told me to pay off the balance in 30 days. Bad customer service and it's hard to trust the accountant. Dr. Fletcher is a wonderful dentist. If he has a practice elsewhere, I would follow him.
