Recently under new management! New management is horrible. Not customer service oriented at all. Additionally there is no corporate office, so each store answers to no one. No way to resolve issues. Danielle, ripped cancellation form from my hand and ripped it up. Then owner hung up on me and said will just send me to collection. All I wanted to do was pay balance and cancel. They wanted me to also pay 1 month in advance which I would not do.
