I had a very bad experience with this Co. Cheap material, cheap labor. Poor excuse for shoddy work. I spent over $3000. for a bedroom floor that is totally unexceptable and he want do anything about it. I made the mistake of paying in advance. I feel because I'm a senior I was taken advantage of. I'm old but I still have a good mind and I know poor work.I also know when I have been used. Yes, they sent one of their reps out after Farbo had told me they did the job wrong. He should have used 1/2 inch class A subfloor with no smell. He laid the wrong subfloor that was cheap and caused the problem. 1/4 inch plywood with formyldhyde. They want to blame me because they don't want to take responsibility for a job that was done wrong. They know they didn't do the job right but continue to tell lies to keep from honoring a guarantee or warantee they claim to have. I also have other issues with some of their other work that has not been answered. They also left glue all over my floor that they didn't come back to clean up after I got on to him for poor work. I had ask the woman that came out if she was their rep and she lied to me and said no. She saw all the bad places.
