President & 2nd Generation Owner
Roth & Miller Autobody - is now operating as - Fix Auto Portland East. We are the same people you already know and trust!
For as long as I can remember, Ive had an affinity for cars and my family has been in the business of repairing damaged vehicles, so its no wonder I took over the family business in 1989.
I am an Accredited Automotive Manager through the Automotive Management Institute, and a Certified.. Collision Repair Manager through the Masters School of Autobody Management. I am also ASE-certified and I-CAR-trained.
I actively participate in autobody industry organizations, and keep up-to-date on issues that affect the industry and the repairs we undertake every day.
Outside of work, Im passionate about driving, alpine skiing, ballet lessons, reading (Ive been fortunate to be in a book group with the same women since 1993!) and, most importantly, spending time with my husband and family.
Operations Manager & 3rd Generation
I inherited the car genes that my grandfather Jim and my Aunt Camille have. I started hanging out at the shop with Aunt Camille doing various tasks when I was about 10 years old.
I actively pursue additional industry training opportunities whenever they are available, and keep up-to-date on issues that affect the industry and the repairs we undertake every day. I am ASE-certified and I-CAR-trained.
Im here to help you with any vehicle-related question you may have from what to do after your vehicle is damaged to what to wax your car with. If its vehicle-related, Im your go-to guy.
Like many young drivers, Ive had a ticket here and there in my past. However, there is one encounter that sticks like glue and changed my life (and perhaps that of others). I was pulled over once in 2000 for street racing and the officer gave me an option to avoid the ticket. He said Help me find a way to give kids and others an outlet for their street racing activities. With his help, I was instrumental in organizing a weekend race program aimed at young drivers at PIR called Late Night Drags, a program that is still running. In appreciation for my involvement in developing this program, I received the Community Policing Problem-Solving Award from the Portland Police Bureau.
Outside of work Im into driving, snowboarding, playing interactive video games on-line, date night with my wife and spending time with family.
When my car was vandalized, Roth and Miller were helpful not only in fixing all of the damage, but also in helping me deal with my insurance agency claim. They always called with updates and were incredibly friendly.
