Flemings is by far my favourite teak house. their wet aged steaks are amazing and always right on. just the right amount of flavor, salt, taste. and its always cooked to perfection. I love their spciy jalapeno mac n cheese....my favorite mac n cheese ever! and their bread is awesome and crab cakes amazing! their selection of wines does not leave you wanting. and the service is TOP NOTCH! i only go there a few times a year but they always recognize me and they always go above and beyond with service. Although it is expensive, you always expect to pay a lot for one of these premium red meat joints (ie - lawrys, ruth chris, etc)....Flemings to me beats all these other places hands down...ruth chris uses wwaaaaay to much butter in EVERYTHING. Mortons of chicago is nothign to call home about. Houstons is gross. But i do have a special home for Lawrys....which has amazing prime rib. it isnt even in the same category as these steak places as they only serve rpime rib. But as Lawrys is to prime rib, Flemings is to steak. Enjoy!
