To say that Flowers by Wilma has poor customer service would be the understatement of the century. Not only did they fail to deliver my Mom's Mother's Day bouquet, they lied and said it was b/c I'd given the wrong address. When I confronted them about it, they called my Mom a liar. After two phonecalls (she hung up on me in both) and two emails (unreturned), I have yet to receive a refund. Of course, she lied and said she did give a refund. However, my uncredited account proves otherwise. All I wanted was a beautiful flower arrangement for my Mom, instead I got the worst customer service of my life.
