I found that the prices online are a little higher than in store. All you have to do is stop by, or give them a call, and you'll get the best deal. First vist, the lady (possibly the owner?) put her special touch on it with the ribbons and tissue paper/box. Even though it was pre-made, she made sure it was perfect. Which it was. :) The second visit, I got to watch a nice lady named Charlie custom make my bouquet. I say custom made, but all I requested was "something purple". Not only did she do an amazing job, but I also got to watch her work, which was pretty neat. I brought them to a dear friend in the hospital, and every single person I passed commented on how pretty the flowers were. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. The staff is very personable, the flowers and presentation are beautiful, and the prices are even better. I don't see myself going anywhere else but Flowers of Sandy Springs in the future.

Over the past five years, I have ordered $100 (plus delivery) floral arrangements from Flowers of Sandy Springs at least a dozen times. The first time I was disappointed, I let it pass. The second time it happened, I called and the owner graciously sent a replacement arrangement. Unfortunately, the flowers I ordered last week were again inferior. They included 4 chrysanthemums, 3 irises (that were closed and virtually invisible), 4 rubrum lilies, 6 red roses and several alstamerias (incorrect spelling) and lots of greenery. Oh, and there several peacock feathers. I am going to find another florist for my future business.

I was supposed to receive flowers on February 15th. On Saturday the 19th my friend asked if I liked the flowers he had sent. I had to tell him I never received them. A call was placed and he was told they would deliver them on Tuesday... again a no show. When they delivered on Wednesday the 23rd they looked like they had been sitting around for a week before they were delivered. I called and they replaced them with a much smaller bouquet. I would not recommend them!

Service was horrible. Valentine's Day flowers ordered by my husband through FTD.com were not delivered and then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to meet them somewhere on my way home or come by their shop to pick up my flowers. Will NEVER use Flowers of Sandy Springs or FTD.com again!!!!

This shop has always given us the best, long lasting, most beautiful arrangements. The flowers that they send always express the occasion perfectly which can be a problem sometimes with other places. Personally, we always use them because they stock the bells of Ireland that we love so much!!
