I can't believe how amazing the entire sales staff is at Ford Country. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. Everyone went out of their way for me and they were unbelievable!

If any day I need another vehicle, I would go to Ford Country again. I have purchased 3 times from Ford Country, and with every purchase it gets better. They have a friendly and kind staff.

I took my 2003 econoline in for service. The young women at the service desk told me that they do not work on fleet vans. I use my van as a camper and for towing my fishing boat.So I talk to the service manager my 1St mistake. So to make this short they told me I could wait for my van at Mustang Sallys dinner and could only take a few hours.I took my van in at 800am they told me would me ready at 1000 to 1030am. Now all I needed was to have an oil change tire rotated, and a brake safety check. The mileage on my van was just under 24000miles and my boat is only 14 feet long very light. At 1045 am the service part Mgr came to me and told me the I needed $3400.00 of repairs. To get my van back in safe running condition. The worst part of all of this is they never changed the oil or rotated the tire. He told they would do this for for free if I got all the other work done first. This repair was for all new tires,4 heavy duty shocks, front end alignment and a major tune up.Little did this guy knew my bestfriend is retired from a Ford dealer in Monterey Ca. So when I told him this because I just drove back from Monterey Ca. where they just did coolent system flush. The dealer there would have told me about these prolbems if they were true. I used the Dord dealer in Monterey for 20 years before moving here. So; never use this dealership. I also called Ford Motor Company and told them they told me to go to Gaudin Ford from now on and sent me 5 free oil changes.

Ford Country was an extremely low pressure enviroment for purchasing a new Ford. The Internet Team found, priced, & e-mailed me the exact vehicle I was looking for. I set an appointment, met with the manager, drove the vehicle, and left all within a few hours. Couldn't ask for a better buying experience.

When we went in to buy a vehicle after our other truck was totaled. We got a cold shoulder, and set at the table waiting for someone after the intial contact for an hour before we got up left, and no one noticed we left.

I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer. The sales experience was as smooth as can be and the service that I have had since then has been superb. I highly recommend this dealership.
