The care may be fine, but the entire operation revolves around trying to sell you thousands of dollars in dental work that both my previous dentist and my current dentist says is unnecessary. The experience in the checkout felt like being in a timeshare closing. The worst part is after leaving, they won't stop with their constant marketing emails and phone calls. I've asked them to stop calling and the calls keep coming. Their emails don't have a way to unsubscribe. This business is more of a marketing and sales operation than anything. Do yourself a favor and find a practice with a focus on care, not milking every bit of money out of you.
Area Woodstock, GA
Cost $10,000 - $14,999

Nice office, but dentist told me I needed over $12,000 in work. I had to put down 25%. I email to cancel one appt and then called and spoke with receptionist to cancel another (should have sent an email). Of course no one got the message, but I have phone records where I did call. Now they will not refund my money because I didn't call to cancel. That's how they get the "spa" treatment

I went to this dentist because of the good reviews, my cleaning lasted 2 and half hours most of it was selling me dental work. They told me I had 12 cavities (I've had two my entire life) my last dentist told me I had no cavities (which by the way he bashed and said that dentist wasn't as good as him). They have the assistants tell you what teeth have cavities (illegal) then the insurance person tried to tell me I had to get 6 filled at a time, and would not let me get them done one at a time, she then pulled up my pictures and proceeded to tell me what teeth needed fixing (the billing and insurance lady, NOT QUALIFIED to be giving diagnosis, illegal!!) Spa treatment was nice but most likely comes at the expense they are selling unneeded dental work. They are super nice only because they are trying to gain your trust to rob you. Anyone who says they are wonderful are clearly gullible and do not understand how dentists should operate.

I have been to their office several times for cleanings and a cavity or 2. It has always been a good experience. I love the paraffin wax and calming water sounds. I used to hate going to the dentist but not since I found Dr. Hardin!!! Thanks to all the staff!!

Relaxing dental experience. With the massage chairs and paraffin wax for your hands, you feel like your at a spa. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

I am a patient of Dr. Harden's and have been for year's, this is for all of you that want to bash Fountain View Family Dentistry. I do know my insurance benefits in and out unlike most American's and know WHAT I AM PAYING FOR MONTLY for my policy. Since MONEY is such a huge deal for so many people in today's time I hope all of you understand your policy as well. By knowing that information I know that when I go to Fountain View Family Dentistry that when I have paraffin wax or the massage chairs I AM NOT PAYING FOR THAT. As all Americans should know that you are contracted with your ins. as well as the Dentist THE FEES BEING CHARGED ARE THE ONE'S YOUR INSURANCE TELLS THE DENTIST THEY CAN CHARGE. So when you receive pariffin wax and the massage chairs that is something that Dr. Harden pays for himself for his patient's. So for all of you that are so concnered about MONEY you probably should read your insurance policy before paying for your dental benefits if it's such a concern. As for the staff they are amazing and do everything in their power to help the patients. So for all of you that bash the staff you need to find another dentist and don't bash people for doing the best they can and stop going and getting the pariffin wax and sitting in the massage chairs. READ YOUR INSURANCE POLICY AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR MONTHLY and UNDERSTAND your policy. Other than that Fountain View Family Dentistry is amazing. UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR AND LISTEN........

I went to Fountain View for cleaning and exam after I moved to the area. The X-Ray technician and hygienist told me there did not seem to be any major problems after looking at my teeth and the X-Rays. The dentist then told me that I need to have 2 crowns and 4 filings urgently or else I was "days away from having to have a root canal." I went to another dentist for a second opinion and I ended up only having to have 4 filings! (Thus saving me $800!!) The "spa atmosphere" is nice, but they are obviously milking the patients for their money! I will not be going back!

Dr. Harden should not be allowed to practice dentistry. In my opinion, he is a scam artist who will tell you that you need dental work when it isn't necessary at all. I was told I had 13 cavities. I've never had a cavity before, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Guess what - no cavities! Good thing I didn't let this guy drill on my teeth for no reason. My new, honest, reputable dentist was appalled at Dr. Harden's fake diagnosis. Stay away from this guy!!!!!

Why I would not recommend this dentist: 1) I was given incorrect information (told that I had x number of cavities on one visit and y on another). 2) The dentist behaved inappropriately. 3) The dental assistant was not attentive during my procedures. 4) I now have an aching tooth that I need to have checked out somewhere else. 5) My last dentist found 1 cavity 6 months ago. This dentist found 8 (small decay that could have healed naturally with flouride was drilled and filled). 6) Orthodontics were stressed to me, even though all of my prior dentists have never recommended it. It was pushed like a salesman pushing a product. 7) I have talked to two other people in the community who have had bad experiences. 8) I expect that honest, quality work is possible here, but I also suspect that the entire team values profit more than anything else. What a shame.

during my assentment the doctor wanted to do 20,000 dollars of work and his assistant (the one with tattoos)also stated that I needed a tooth pulled. went back to my old dentist , just needed a root canal and with that tooth saved was able to have a bridge put in. YOU WILL PAY FOR THE SPA EFFECT.BEFORE YOU HAVE WORK DONE ..GET A SECOND OPINION.

I recently became a pt at Fountain View after coming in for a 2nd opinion on misc dental concerns that were "blown off" by my previous dentist. Dr Harden found huge problems which were confirmed by xrays which I could view on a screen. It was definitely a reality check. Can't believe my other dentist over looked such obvious issues that must have been going on for years. The office staff and facility are top notch...I feel like a queen when I'm there...paying a queen's price as well. I just want the mess in my mouth fixed and Dr. Harden is working on it in manageable stages. Highly recommended if you want the cold, hard truth!

Dr. Harden takes the apprehension and fear out of going to the dentist. I like the fact that he takes it a step further and offers a spa type treatment to take your mind off of the necessary procedures. The front office was very polite to me.
