The service was great. I sat at the bar the bartending staff was friendly and attentive. The fireplace was roaring which really added to the ambiance. A great place to relax amoung friends!

Living in the area, I drive by the bar frequently. Like many other reviews have already pointed out, the parking sucks!! Carpool! Carpool! Carpool! Be prepared to park on the high traffic street and don't keep any valuables visible inside your car. Broken out windows occurs at times. This neighborhood is going through a regeneration. More and more affluent homes, neighborhoods, and shopping complexes are being build. The location is convenient to I-75, but be aware that Howell Mill Rd is undergoing a 2 year long construction project to widen the road. Traffic is a nightmare! The bar is overly popular with the local and therefore is frequently crowded, especially on Thurs evenings. The food is good and priced well for the area. (Note: there are no vegetarian entrees on their menu, only a hummus appetizer. So if you are veg. and your friends invite you out, eat ahead of time and come only for the drinks!) Patrons can enjoy the numerous TVs, pool tables, and dart boards for entertainment. There are tables inside as well as an outside patio. This is a great place for friends to gather at their favorite watering hole just be prepared for the crowds, the smoke, the loud noise and no parking.

I'm not a huge fan of the food or the cost of beer, but it is a nice neighborhood bar to shoot some pool or throw some darts. They do have a nice 1/2 off food on Mondays.

this bar is a little overpriced, a little too crowded, a little too smokey, and a little too snobby for me... but it's ok if you live in the area or have friends there. otherwise i'd go to the highlands...

I like this place for a bar, but not really for dinner. The food seems to be real buttery. Can't be good for you while you are slamming down some good beers. I would eat before i went.

I live within walking distance- therefore, I can be found hanging out here frequently. Menu is limited. However, great blue-cheese chips and burgers. Large patio. Limited parking. Neighborhood, laid-back atmosphere.
