I brought the car in for an estimate. Everyone was friendly, everything good. I was told they could do it in 1 weeks. I asked when to bring it in so that they could be sure to have it done in the one week. They said Monday. I take off of work on Monday(and my wife as well)and take the car in. They write it up, take the keys and say "2 weeks". I said "What?!? You told me last week it would be 1 week. They said oh no, that can't be right. Then the woman behind the counter starts pointing at a sign on the wall and saying over and over "Read the sign, read the sign, read the sign". The sign said they would not guarantee any repair time. I asked then why did the estimator tell me one week? Long story short, I got my keys and paperwork back, took it to another place where we were not lied to, and filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I know some people have had an ok experience at this place, but I would never go back there.

I recently got in a car accident & brought my car to Frank's. I am very happy with the results. I think they were reasonably priced & guarantee their work as long as you own the car. It took a little while to get my car back (2 weeks), but they were always up front about how long it would take.

We have taken two cars into Franks Auto to be repaired. Both were in accidents. They did a very good job in the repairs needed. I would take a car back to them knowing that the job they do is very good, and we will have no problems when we receive the car back.

The Best in town, would never take any vehicle of mine any where else. He works on all the cars in my entire family (and believe me there has been alot of cars, after 3 teenagers turning 16). Very dependable, and awesome work.
