Their food is generally pretty good but the sauce was a bit bland. The pizza is nothing like NY (or NJ for that matter). Their calzone is very good, so is the chicken parm. The service was good. I really like they have it done up like Yankee stadium. And the little kids play area is good.

Honestly, with pizza, it's a matter of style preferences. Not everybody likes every kind of pizza. But for my money, Fratelli's is the best pizza anywhere around the Canton area. My wife and I love their house specials, and it has been delicious every time. We've found them at their Riverstone location and followed them to their current store near exit 14 on 575. Yeah, the new store is a bit "cavernous", but big deal. Same great pizza, same great service. Don't let a few goofy reviews scare you. Try this great pizza, and if you like NY style, you won't regret it.

When this place relocated from Riverstone to Holly Springs, they seemed to have gone through some growing pains. But we went back Fri night and they have much improved. We love the pizza and my son likes the calzones. He had fun with the games. We will be back. Thanks Fratellis.

I know everyone that works there since that place has been opened and even have worked there, if i could sugguest to anyone for a place to eat or work i would not point them at Fratelli's. I have heard more complaints about the owners and i have seen all they have done, and have see illegal things being done, not in a harmful way but breaking laws with the way the run the store. It was ridiculous. They always burn or undercook food, the workers know more then the owners do and runs better when they are not around. I hope people will read this message and second guess about going to this place. You would think at a "family" place you would get good service but you end up with food that makes you sick or with some kind of plastic in it. I wouldn't doubt it but im sure with the way that place works its going to get shut down, and that will be for the better so they can stop screwing people over.thank you. have a great day=)

Loved the pizza at Riverstone location. After dealing with the growing pains of a new location thye have gotten things right again. Their pizza is great. Tastes like real NY pizza. Dinners are very good. Any problemes we have had have been resolved to our liking.

I never much cared for the Riverstone Parkway location-food fair, service mostly unfriendly But my grandson liked it so we went to the new location. Was so very loud and noisy that I wanted to run screaming from the building. Our order took a very long time to come and then we had trouble getting the check. I filled out one of the comment cards but never heard from them. Wonder how long they will last at the new location - we'll not be returning

Why not try out the new pizza place? I did online ordering which seemed easy enough, except it gave me a range of 15 minutes to 1 hour to pick up my order (which I think is a rather large time gap when you want FRESH pizza). I called and was given a time of 35 minutes. Not a problem. When I got there only part of my order was ready and my pizza was sitting out getting cold (I however, did not realize it was the pizza I had ordered at the time). I waited about 10 minutes, and the rest of my order came up. I took my order home and surprise, cold pizza (that really would not have been that great even if it was warm). I also ordered bread twists, which had 3 tiny twists in there, pretty sad to look at. Anyhow, that was plenty for me to realize that this will not be where I will spend my hard earned money from now on. Thanks, but no thanks. On a lighter note: their door hangers they keep leaving make great bookmarks!

I placed an order online, entering all of my personal information and credit card info. I received a confirmation email that the order had been placed. An hour later I called to check status of my order and they didn't have any record of my order. Something is wrong with the system. I'll never call them again

I have visited Fratelli's when they were on Riverstone Parkway and liked the pizza. Recently they moved their location to Exit 14 (Canton Hwy). My son, sister and I went there for dinner the other night and my son ordered buttered angel hair pasta and my sister and I ordered 3 slices of pizza with green olives and meatballs. My son's pasta was swimming in a bowl of water. I told the waitress that his food was not good and she said she would ask the kitchen what could be done. When she returned, she said that is how they make the dish and couldn't comp the pasta because there wasn't a manager present. The pizza was horrible. A trace of sauce, hardly any cheese, but there was an ample amount of green olives and meatballs. My sister's comments were: it was like the pizza we would make at home that came out of a box which uses Parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella cheese. A friend of mine was going to go to Fratelli's the next night and I called her and explained how our food was and she was really glad I did - they will go to another Pizza place.

At most places when your order comes out wrong, they fix it. Well, this is not the case here. I was told that I ordered a particular dish, which I didn't, and that if I wanted something else, I would have to pay for the wrong dish as well as the correct dish. When I confronted Tim, "the manager", I was told that this was why they repeated orders. Obviously, if the order had been repeated to me, I would have caught that (I HATE the dish I was served). When I replied that the order wasn't repeated, Tim threw a fit, grabbed the box and tossed it in the garbage and told my husband and I to get out. This was in front of several patrons, and was completely unprofessional. All I wanted was to not pay for a dish that I didn't order, I would have paid for the other items purchased. Mistakes happen. And when we tried to tell him we wanted to pay for the rest of our meal, he again started yelling. Told us to get out and never come back. Pizzarias are known for their hospitality, this was not the case and I never plan on going back. I have never been treated like this before and I am still floored that this happened. Never once did I raise my voice, we were trying to handle this with discretion. It's sad because word of mouth is the biggest asset to a business and this native NYer won't be spreading anything good about this place around Canton!

The minute I opened the pizza box I knew we had finally found somebody who could make a pizza just like they did at home. Now all I need are some hard rolls and we'll be all set.

Fresh hard rolls and bagels coming soon! Handmade as always. Thanks for being a loyal Fratelli's customer. --Eric, Tim, and Jason( the Fratelli)
I work for a local business that was having a luncheon and we decided to order our food from Fratelli's after hearing good things about the restaurant, but never trying it.We got the menu from the restaurant's website and placed our order on the phone. Our total was given and upon reviewing I realized it was quite high for what we ordered. We thought that perhaps gratuity was included since it was such a large order. When the delivery guy showed up I asked him if gratuity was included and he said no.I called the restaurant and asked about the pricing and to confirm gratuity was not included.I was advised then that prices had recently changed and gone up. I advised we had just gotten the prices and menu online the previous day.I hung up and paid the delivery guy, along with tip. There was no receipt provided with a breakdown of pricing.I called more than once asking for a fax of the breakdown and it was never sent.I went to the restaurant and was told the owner went home to fix the online menu/pricing.They called him and he said he would not honor the posted prices.I called back later and talked to him and he said I had been harassing him all day and hung up on me.I think any good business owner would honor their posted prices whether they are current or not.He blamed his webdesigners for the incorrect prices and is making his customers pay for that. They should keep their website current or not have it up.It's their mistake incorrect prices were posted, not ours.
