Even if you call to discuss it beforehand. Even if you discuss it before the first snip. Even if you say you're "FREAKING OUT" after the third snip. (Yes, why didn't I just get up and walk out?) Super cute place. Super nice girls. (Well, I thought...) Just don't go back in sobbing, hoping for a sincere apology or some sliver of compassion... because then, apparently, you just have "attitude." Certainly don't expect them to say, "Oh, Amy! I'm so sorry! What can I do?" because that certainly won't happen. They will give you your money back, but they'll be fairly snarky about it and then they'll explain all of the reasons why their chopping off four years worth of your hair is All. Your. Fault. This is the first time in six years that I've sobbed over a haircut. I will certainly be sticking with the Devachan-trained stylists who actually do know, when they say they know, how to cut curly hair. Lesson. Learned. (Again.) Still Sobbing.

I absolutely love Frayedberry! I have been going to Ashley for 8 years. She always does a great job and does exactly what I show her. I started taking my 2 year old there as well and Ashley makes her look more adorable than she already is (if thats possible!). I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone. I even made the mistake of having someone else cut my hair (with a gift card that was given to me) and they butchered it!! I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you Ashley for making my hair look so great!!!
