I have never seen anyone as caring and compassionate with animals as Lisa is. My dog loves Lisa and they seem to have a special bond. I feel so comfortable with Free to Roam, that I don't worry at all when I am away. Lisa will also email me to assure me that my dog is doing well as well as bring in mail and papers and pick up after the dog. She is the best and really knows how to communicate with animals. I highly recommend her.

Safe, Reliable, Caring Service Our golden retriever is a very friendly people-oriented dog who enjoys being in our backyard where he "visits" with the many neighborhood walkers and fellow canines. But when the really hot weather came, we knew we had to keep him inside on the days when all of us in the family were working. We contacted Lisa about her Free to Roam service, and were very pleased with the results. She was well organized, timely with her visits, and bonded well with our dog. I especially appreciated her flexibility to help us out when work and school schedules changed. I would definately recommend this top quality service, especially when I see how much she truly enjoys being around pets. A-#1 in my book!

WE have used a pet service before but after that experience, we started using a kennel for my dogs. I would pick up dirty, unhappy dogs after kennels. Lisa suggested I give her a try. It was the best decision I could make for my dogs. They are like a part of my family and Lisa treated them like so! She was flexible and came over on my schedule to meet the mutts. I felt safe and secure knowing that she was watching my babies. AND they loved her! She also made sure that I had returned home when my vacation was over so that the dogs would be taken care of! What a great experience and reasonable price!

I contacted Lisa because I needed someone to pet sit for my cats while I was out of town for a week. I contacted her on a Tuesday and I was planning to leave town on that coming Saturday. She and I arranged for her to come over on Thursday night at 7pm to meet my cats and get a key. We were meeting at 7pm because I did not get home from work until about then. I explained to her that I worked long hours. I left work early on Thursday so I would have time to straighten up before Lisa arrived but, at about 5pm, Lisa called to say she had a nail in her tire and would not be able to make it over. She asked if she could come by before I left on Saturday morning instead. I told her that would be fine and asked if she could make it over at 7am on Saturday as that was when we planned to leave. When she heard that it would be early, she said she could not make it then. I asked her if she wanted to come by before I went to work on Friday morning and she said that would be great. I explained it would have to be 7am as that was when I left for work. She then changed her mind again and said she could not make it. She asked if she could come by Friday night. I said that was fine but it would have to be around 8 or 9 since I would be working late. After all, I was about to leave work for a week. She then said she could not make it and suggested I call someone else. I would not use Lisa as a pet sitter. Her flakiness causes me to be concerned about level of responsibility.

Ok call me neurotic but having to leave my dogs while I am away on business is extremely difficult. I often find myself wondering how they are doing. Are they eating regularly? Is their water dish clean with fresh water? Is the house ok? Are the outside lights on at night and off during the day? Is the newspaper and mail picked up and taken inside? Well those days of worrying and wondering are gone thanks to Lisa from Free to Roam! The service I received far surpassed my expectations. Not only did I get a call on how the dogs were doing regularly but an update on the house too. You see when I went away a major storm came through and blew windows open and left a mess in the pool. Now Lisa could have left it as is but instead took it upon herself to clean the pool and fix the windows to ensure the safety of the house and dogs inside. Thanks Lisa for going over and beyond to ensure my peace of mind!

We usually have our chocolate lab stay at a neighbors while on vacation, an option not available this last time. We found Free To Roam and after the initial consultation felt completely confident in Lisa and at ease about leaving our pet. Our lab is like another child to us. I was so worried about leaving her for the ten days, but I knew that being 12 years old now she would not do well with us on our trip and boarding was absolutely out of the question. Well, not only did she do well with Lisa, but she didn't even miss us; and we know!! She had all of her favorite things and the comfort of her home, and Lisa played with her probably more than she normally gets in one day. Lisa was able to give her complete, undivided attention. Our dog was in heaven! In addition to the absence of worries regarding our pet, Lisa took amazing care of our home. WAY over the top from any expectation or hope. She thought of things I would never have. Even my neighbors commented when we returned home. I highly recommend Free To Roam for any pet service need. Lisa is very loving to animals, thorough in her responsibilities, and considerate regarding homeowners needs.

This is the first time we have used a pet sitter and Lisa was outstanding! She took excellent care of our 2 dogs, cleaned up their messes and did all the extra stuff as well(picking up mail and taking our trash cans to the curb and back so that people thought we were home). She even text messaged us half way through our trip to let us know everything was ok.It was so nice to come home to healthy, happy dogs. We will definetly be using her services again.
