It is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone when you call. It took me four times before someone answered. Then all the lady that answered wanted me to do was go to their web site and e-mail her. I had already visited the site and it was not helpful. I gave up and found a fence contractor in town that wanted to talk to me. I thought I'd give them another chance nothing has changed-guess they really do not care about customer service unless you email or visit their web site. Spent my money with a company that wanted to talk to me.

Used this company a few months back. Was not given complete info. Supervisor did not keep me informed as to progress. Installation crews left a mess I had to clean up. Notified the Better Business Bureau also.

We used Frontier Fence Co and they did a fantastic job. Quick, professional and got reat results.
