I took my daughter in here on her birthday hoping to enjoy a good meal. At the ordering counter my daughter was undecided of what she wanted and the lady working the cash register said "You goin' to decide what you want? There is other people waiting." I thought this to be a bit rude. I worked in the food business when I was younger and understand that it can be frustrating, but you do not talk that was to a customer. Also she was talking to another employee loud and clear saying how she could not wait to leave this ***** and go see her "boo" The food was average no complaints there but this restaurant needs to look into replacing there "ghetto" customer service employees if I am to ever go back.

Went here for lunch with friends. My meal was fine but 3 of the 5 in our group had to wait 20+ minutes, and when the food finally arrived, their burgers were beyond well done. They were basically hockey pucks. It's safe to say none of us will go back.

The one thing that I espically like is being able to dress your sanwich the way you want it. The portions are very satisfing and great atmosphere. Family friendly!

Not only really great hamburgers, but they give you that personal touch and make you feel so warm and welcome. Love their take any Fuddrucker coupon policy, current gift card promotion, also the personal touches of Therese and Jo + others on their staff. All are very accommodating !

Fuddruckers gets crowded at lunchtime. The food is pretty good, but the process of ordering can take a while, and is followed by *the wait*. If you're in a hurry, this is _not_ the place to go.
