THIS is the Crummy Fuji Hana! People must get confused since the other one also has a Johnson Ferry address. This is the one near Shallowford Rd and is the two to three star one. The one near Roswell Rd is the GOOD Fuji Hana - the four to five star one! The one near Shallowford is the one that's hot with fans blowing at full blast and marginal sushi. The last time I was there I ordered a bunch of yellowtail that was so old and smelly they sprinkled onions on it. Granted it was dollar sushi night (with the yellowtail at $1.50 each) but I could not believe they just didn't tell me they were out. I should have sent it back. But I didn't - I took it home to my dogs, who thought it was delicious, just like the chicken legs they bury in the back yard and dig up two weeks later. I only go to the one on Shallowford since it is a mile from my house, but from now on I will drive the extra few miles to the good one near Roswell Rd.

I'm very appreciated in Tepangyaki which make me feel like the food is just making for me specially. The food come from the best quality material and also all the sauces which make everything more delicious.

It was ok but not that great. Menu items are overpriced and the waitstaff didn't really seem to care about waiting on you. When I'm spending money somewhere I expect to be treated like a customer.

Fuji Hana has consistently delicious sushi that are very reasonably priced! My friends and I go here often, about once a week, and the servers always greet us by name and deliver fantastic service. I highly recommend the Kanisu-- very fresh and light, as an appetizer and any of the many sushi rolls or the Filet Mignon Teriyaki as an entree. I would highly recommend Fuji Hana Shallowford location to anyone who truly loves fresh and delicious sushi!

We love going to Fuji Hana! The servers are always very friendly and helpful and the chefs are amusing. We have never had to wait long for a table, but we don't go during peak weekend hours. I think the hibachi food is very good. My husband is a big fan of their sushi. They offer plenty of sushi selection. They have $1 sushi every night until 7pm. They also serve Thai food. love love love this location!!!

My family and I love new Fuji Hana at Shallowford Road. The specials that Mr Chin makes me are the best I have had anywhere. Even when I make special request they accommodate me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking of a good place to eat. If you are looking for a special I recommend Spicy Creamy Tuna & Lobster Roll. I plan to have my son birthday party at the grill table. They have a nice chef cooking in front of you, throwing the egg, spinning the spattula, etc. They also offer early bird every day until 5:45 pm.

I love New Fuji Hana at Shallowford Location. It's so clean and has a nice decor. The food is very good - and it is great entertainment for the kids. I love their sushi & Thai food also. The price is very reasonable. We really recommend this restuarant.
I had sushi and my boyfriend had Thai. They had a wide variety of sushi rolls making it difficult to pick which ones! The Thai food was very flavorful as well. The portions were a good size too(just a little left over). The whole meal for the two of us was UNDER $40 including tip (not bad for sushi and thai).
We had high hopes for this newly established restaurant. Nice decor, close to home. The food is okay and occassionally aspires to better, but after several trips the service remains unfocused. Last night was the worst; we had a brand new waitress who received no help from the other waitstaff. Repeated requests for missing items or more tea did not produce a result until we became visibly angry. Apparently, the restaurant manager works the sushi station, leaving no one in charge. It's a pity, but it will be long time before we go back.
